Job Scope
- Provide high level of services to the respective customers and clients via a courteous, responsive, friendly and efficient order processing - Responsible for order taking, trade returns, debit/credit advice issuing and any ad hoc processes in Group SAP system - Handling all enquiries and complaints from customers, clients and internal sales representative and resolving them accordingly - Maintain an up-to-date price list of all agencies and liaising with all business units, customers and clients on any matters relating to the processing of sales documents and other related / relevant documents - Prepares, process, monitor and follow up on all aspects of general administration and charge to the respective department or Client - Assist in stock count exercise and update the results into SAP system and generate Physical Inventory report
Job Requirement
- Minimum qualification of Diploma in any field - One (1) year of working experience in Customer Care and Order Processing - Proficient in Microsoft Office and sound knowledge in SAP would be an added advantage - Mature, Independent and possess good interpersonal skills - Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
